CALLOUTS

Call out a friend.
Outlift your circle.

Pick a lift, call out a friend or your whole crew, and race for 1 week, 2 weeks or a month. When time's up, there's a winner, and everybody sees it happen.

Invite-only

Send the callout

Callouts happen between people who actually train together. Send a link or an invite code. Your friend can accept straight from the link, even before they download the app.

  • Only people in the callout see the standings
  • 1v1 or a whole crew, top set or total volume

Live standings

Every set moves the podium

Scores come straight from the workouts you log, so there's nothing to enter. The podium shows exactly how far you are from first.

  • Get a ping when someone overtakes you
  • Set stakes, like loser buys the pre-workout
The Finale
NEW

Watch it play out, plate by plate

When time's up, the scores stack up plate by plate in the order you logged them. The loser's tower topples, the podium rises and the cards flip.

  • Ties, blowouts and crew podiums get their own ending
  • The push never spoils who won
  • Share the final frame, then run it back with a Grudge Match

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything lifters want to know about splits, data, and callouts.

Can I build my own split, like Push / Pull / Legs / Upper?

Yes. Start from a preset (Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, PPL + UL, Full Body) or name your own days, then assign them to weekdays. Splitmaxx shows today's workout from your split, and you can switch it or log a freestyle session anytime.

What happens to my data if I lose my phone?

Your workouts are stored on your device first and backed up to the cloud automatically, about 30 seconds after each change. You can restore from up to 10 dated snapshots, export a backup file, or download your full history as a CSV.

How do callouts keep things honest?

Callouts are invite-only, so you're competing with people you actually train with, and standings are visible only to people in the callout. Scores only come from logged workouts, and you can report or block anyone.

What's a Lift Card, and who can see it?

Your Lift Card shows your best squat, bench and deadlift, your split, your callout record and three pinned achievements. It moves up a tier as you win callouts: Bronze, Silver at 3 wins, Gold at 8, Holo at 15 and Maxxed at 30. Only people you're in a callout with can see it.

Which health data does Splitmaxx use?

Splitmaxx reads sleep, heart rate and steps from Apple Health to power the optional Health widgets. It's read-only: Splitmaxx never writes to Apple Health.
